Photographs of 25 Quilombola communities selected for the 2014 book A cozinha dos Quilombos: sabores, territórios e memórias. Published by DAGAZ Institute, it features the food culture of 29 Quilombos (Brazilian hinterland settlement founded by people of African origin) in the State of Rio de Janeiro recognized by the National Institute of Historic and Artistic Heritage (IPHAN).
